Rab 3 Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the Rab 3 (rab3.bet) website and application, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions were originally written in Bengali for the convenience of all Bangladeshi users of rab 3. The English version shall prevail in the event of any legal interpretation.

Rab 3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Users will be notified of changes via their registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with rab 3, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum age is 18. Documents may be requested at any time for age verification.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity documents is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Your password must not be shared with anyone.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Process

Rab 3 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security. Identity verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before making your first withdrawal
• For transactions above a certain amount (generally over ৳50,000)
• In the case of suspicious activity

For KYC verification, a clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence must be submitted.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Deposits on Rab 3 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No additional fees are charged on deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Failed deposits will be automatically reversed within 24 hours.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification is not completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Rab 3 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. All bonuses have their own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw a bonus, a wagering requirement of typically 10x to 30x must be fulfilled.
• Bonuses generally have a set expiry period and must be used within that time. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on rab 3:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, rab 3 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
• Odds and payout rates may change at any time, but changes will not apply to bets that have already been confirmed.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches will not be considered valid.

Prohibited Activities

• Playing with bots or automated software
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts
• Colluding or conspiring with other players
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system

6 Lottery Terms & Conditions

Rab 3's digital lottery system is powered entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Draw results will be published directly on the platform and are final.
• Prize money will be credited to the winner's account within 48 hours of the draw.
• Additional verification may be required for withdrawals of jackpot winnings.
• Any applicable taxes on lottery prizes are the sole responsibility of the user.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Rab 3 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false information
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Managing multiple accounts
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

8 Responsible Gaming

Rab 3 believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Users can set their own deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.
• A cooling-off period of anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months can be applied.

10 Dispute Resolution
